Master Langdon originally began training in Taekwondo in 1986 and restarted in 1989. Master Langdon received her First- degree Black Belt in Taekwondo on April Fool's Day, 1991. She opened Lone Mountain Taekwondo on Halloween night, 1994. Master Langdon has weathered many storms and continued to provide a martial arts training program for her students through it all. She has trained with and been part of the ATA, ITC, AAU, USAT, and UWTA. She is now a 7th degreen Black Belt and a member with the Moodo Taekwondo Organization (www.mdtkd.org). Her highest aspiration is to aid in the personal development of every person to their highest potential and the appreciation of the many diverse personalities in our world.

Mr. Pauline began training with Master Langdon in 1995, at 9 years old. During this time spent honing his skills and passion for the past 27 years, he has amassed a wealth of Taekwondo and self defense knowledge. Having faced multiple challenges in his youth, he uses that experience to help coach and mentor students faced with similar challenges. As a weapons instructor, he is well versed in the use of multiple types of weapons in addition to the background and history of each weapon. It is known this is even a personal hobby of Mr. Pauline’s! Mr. Pauline’s skills and instructions are invaluable to the school, making him a great inspiration and awesome coach to our students as we enjoy the advantage of him sharing this with our school.
Mr. Sean Green

Mr. Green began training in 1993 at 12 years old with Master Langdon at Nellis Taekwondo, attaining the rank of 2nd Dan. During this time, Mr. Green started learning the foundation of teaching and instructing Taekwondo for the ranks prior to 2nd Dan. His training was put on hold in 1999 due to service in the United States Air Force. Mr. Green has returned to instructing at Lone Mountain Taekwondo, with a focus on sparring and conditioning. He combines his overwhelmingly positive attitude and light-hearted humor with being a fierce competitor and highly competent martial artist; to effectively train, guide, and mentor our students at the school. Mr. Green is a very welcomed addition to our Lone Mountain Taekwondo family, as he strives to continue improving our students and himself in being exemplary martial artists inside the school as well as in our daily lives.
Mr. Jeremy Leavitt

Mr. Leavitt started his martial arts journey at the age of 12 as Master Langdon's 1st student at her newly opened school. He advanced over several years to 2nd Dan. Mr. Leavitt intermittently practiced over the next 20 years, while going to school and building a career and business. He recently stepped back into the studio more frequently and in a more formal role when his 12 year old son wanted to start learning all the cool things his dad did around the house. Mr. Leavitt holds a Masters Degree and is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has been in private practice for 10 years specializing in adolescents, couples, anxiety, parenting, trauma, and addictions. His expertise as a psychotherapist has added to his abilities in training others in Taekwondo just as his experiences in Taekwondo have had a positive impact on his abilities as a psychotherapist.
